In a significant achievement, the Mysuru City Police have successfully solved 42 property theft cases over the past two months. The recovered items include:
- 659 grams of gold ornaments
- 1 kg of silver articles
- 27 two-wheelers and 1 car
- ₹2,57,000 in cash
- 1 laptop

The total estimated value of the recovered property is approximately ₹63,00,000. A total of 19 accused individuals have been arrested in connection with these cases.
In addition, under the NDPS Act, 13 individuals have been arrested in 11 drug-related cases, leading to the seizure of:
- 65.8 kg of ganja (cannabis)
- 23 grams of MDMA (a synthetic drug)
- Estimated street value: ₹18,50,000

Police Commissioner Mrs. Seema Latkar, IPS, returned the recovered property to the rightful owners and commended the police stations involved in the successful investigations by awarding them certificates of appreciation.
The event was attended by Deputy Commissioners of Police Ms. RN Bindu Mani, IPS (Law & Order) and Mr. KS Sundar Raj (Crime & Traffic).
